30 day refund period
- Refunds will only be considered within 30 calendar days after the purchase receipt date.
- Any issues pertaining to server malfunction or software misuse or will not be eligible for refunding.
- If you are eligible and decide to accept the refund, the domain name will then become property of PhpAuction.

No refunds will be eligible after our 30 day refund period.
phpAuction has been tested under Apache*PHP*GNU/Linux. Full support is provided when phpAuction is running in the above environment. We do not accept any responsibility under other environments and cannot offer support for other environment.
