- Setting your preferences allow you to further control your auction's characteristics. Some of them are: Designe your site's currency and format. Adjust Time & Date format. Set a default country. Display users & auctions counters. Translate your site into many languages as desired. The language options will be show in your homepage Give the buyers the option to contact the sellers. Allow your buyers the possibility to list items they are looking to purchase. Enable general site message boards and have a message board for each individual auction.
