phpAuction privacy statement applies to those services that display this statement in conjunction with the Privacy Statement link on the site's Web pages. The phpAuction Web sites can be identified with the Web site displaying the phpAuction name or "by phpAuction" at the top of the opening page screen.
While we support other Web site operators using phpAuction services complying with these principles, you should carefully examine the privacy statements of sites linking to or from phpAuction. Personal information that you choose to provide to other Web sites will be subject to the privacy policies of that Web site.

phpAuction does not share your Personal Information, except with partners who assist in providing services or products associated with phpAuction services. Some of our services allow you to request information on areas of interest to you. In order to provide that information, phpAuction may use partners and provide such partners with necessary Personal Information. Other companies may have access to your Personal Information to provide routine services, such as credit card processing, or may provide other essential elements of the site. These uses of Personal Information are primary to the operation of the site.

We use your e-mail address to respond to incoming service requests from you. Because we service so many customers, e-mail is the primary way we interact with our members. We ask for your postal address because some of our services, that a customer may choose, requires a mailing address so that we can completely perform the service.
