Upgrading your package or moving to another server

All Phpauction packages include an upgrade script from previous versions.

All you'll have to do is to run the upgrade script. It will take care of creating the new database and to migrate your current site database content to it.

Once upgraded, how do I migrate my current database to the new one?
Yes, please contact the support team through the Help Desk available at your account page and request a URL change. Once done you will be able to generate the key-file for your new URL.

I change my installation URL; do I need a new key-file?
No, it is not necessary.

Being a Phpauction customer you are entitled to buy 3 extras key-files per each license.

To order new key-files login into your account page and follow the steps process "Additional key-files".

I want to install Phpauction under another URL; do I need to buy the package again?
